We want you to be fully satisfied with your Vitaly purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Vitaly pouches and boxes, ensuring all components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
